Christopher Jenkins is a performer and teacher in Washington DC metropolitan area.  He completed his Master's Degree in Music at the University of South Carolina School of Music where he studied with Christopher Berg.  He received his Bachelor's Degree from the George Mason University School of Music where he studied with Larry Snitzler. 

Christopher has performed both nationally and internationally, including performances in Argentina and Spain. He has also performed for and studies with great artists such as Pepe Romero, Martha Masters, Gilbert Biberian, Gallardo Del Rey, and Joaquin Clerch.  He has also studied in a series of classes and instruction by renowned guitarist and composer Roland Dyens.  In 2006, he studied  in Granada, Spain at the Interpretation of Spanish Song Festival.  He appeared in concert at El Ladron de Agua Hotel in Granada, Spain. In addition to solo performances, Christopher frequently performs with Brett Floyd as The Coda Duo.

In addition to performance, Christopher maintains a teaching studio and teaches group classes at the George Mason University Potomac Arts Academy and is the guitar instructor at Bishop O'Connell High School in Arlington, VA. He is a member of the Guitar Foundation of America

Christopher is a Hannabach Strings sponsored artist.  He resides in Fairfax, VA with his wife and two daughters.
